ST. PAUL, Minn. - Concordia sophomore left handed pitcher Cody Wilcoxson (Aurora, Colo.) has undertaken an assignment with Ping!Baseball to blog throughout the 2010 Golden Bear baseball season. Wilcoxson has already made a pair of blog postings, an introductory post in mid-December and his first post of the 2010 season was added this morning. On his blog, Cody provides some insight into Concordia's practice schedule the first week of the season along with a preview of the Gold Plate Baseball Banquet at Mancini's which will be held tonight. Wilcoxson is in his first year at Concordia, transferring in from the University of North Dakota, where he spent his freshman year pitching for the Division I Fighting Sioux. He'll continue to update his blog regularly throughout the season, with player and coach features and a behind-the-scenes look as life as a Division II student-athlete.
